Digifunzi Competency Framework
This is the architecture of the Digifunzi Competency Framework (DCF). It is a design standard for curriculum developers, teachers, mentors, assessors, product teams, school partners and programme managers. It is not a fixed list of software tools. It defines the capabilities Digifunzi intends to develop, the developmental sequence through which those capabilities mature, the learning vehicles used to develop them, and the evidence required to make credible claims about learner growth.
